Meadow Pointe Homeowners Association
Please note that Meadow Pointe IV does not have a separate Homeowners Association. All homeowners in that community are members of the Meadow Pointe III Homeowners Association.
The Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association is responsible for the enforcement of the Master Declaration and Deed Restrictions (collectively referred to as "Covenants" or "restrictive covenants"), and is governed by the adopted by-laws. The services provided are:
- Administrative
- Financial
- Architectural reviews
- Enforcement activities
- Legal
- Insurance provision
Through various committees, LNA sponsors community activities for residents and the general public, and enacts and enforces community rules as allowed by the Covenants.
